Establishing a brand design foundation and strategic roadmap to support a rapidly growing and evolving product ecosystem
After securing two impressive funding rounds totaling $115M, Teamworks, an enterprise SaaS company serving collegiate and professional sports globally, acquired several best-in-class technologies, expanding their product ecosystem and bolstering their commitment to being The Operating System for Sports™. This announcement signified the need for a refreshed outlook on brand identity, direction and strategy —and eventually a full realignment in within Product and Brand architecture (Teamworks 2024 Brand Refresh).

Teamworks Brand Central
In the midst of rapid integration, we quickly developed a high-level brand toolkit for internal brand alignment and go-to-market guidance — ensuring a consistent and unified brand identity. This toolkit was part of a cloud-based brand library, housing all brand resources, design assets, templates, best practices, — AKA Teamworks Brand Central — utilized across the entire organization.
